Twilight. For some reason did Marvolo both hate and love the twilight. He hated because it was like the twilight wanted to make everybody happy. Like it was an anxious to please chick trying to be friends with the day and the night. He loved it because no one suspected the twilight and therefore it was the perfect time of the day to do business without any nosy looks.
The young man was as usual in black and white, his favourite colours. He was smoking, a habit he had developed in his last year at Hogwarts. “Stop smoking” did his father tell him every time he visited them. And Marvolo stopped smoking. Well he stopped smoking until the next time he needed it. He wasn’t a chain smoker. He just liked to smoke now and then, especially when he was stressed or had too many things to think about.
Marvolo was walking in the streets there were better known as Knockturn Alley. The place children were warned never to go. Here every shop was devoted to the dark arts. What was Marvolo doing here? He was on his way back to the Diagon Alley, just finished some business no one needed to know about. Marvolo had never really been told not to go here. His parents were both interested in the Dark Arts and they sometimes brought their children when they had business to do here. Marvolo was once being offered a job in one of the shops but he said no thanks. He would never work in a shop and dedicate his life to serve other people. He would never take orders from others and it would properly just end with he was getting fired.
Marvolo looked down at his nose at an old witch there was trying to sell him some sort of potion. Her clothes were old and she looked like she needed a bath. She smelt like a… a… shop full of Muggles. Marvolo liked to be clean and he was known for being very arrogant. Didn’t the witch know he was a Lestrange? He snorted.

Twilight. Devon liked twilight, the light was so pretty and in about thirty minutes everything would be way too dark to see anything at all. She was a place she normally never was - Knockturn Alley. She had been here a few times, and when she visited the place in was only in twilight or late at night. This place always creeped her pretty much out. But it was necessary to go there once in a while - and it was once in a while now. Devon had firm steps tonight, she wanted to go home and sleep or maybe meet someone that could offer her a cup of coffee or anything. She hadn't heard from her parents in a very long time.
She glanced around and a chill ran through her spine. It was cold and windy - not ideal weather. She looked around and saw someone she knew really well - Marvolo Lestrange. Devon couldn't help but smile at the sight. She hadn't seen him since he graduated from Hogwarts, two years before herself. She smiled and ran a hand through her hair. "Hey mr. Lestrange." she greeted polite and smiled at him. Devon had always though that Marvolo was kind of hot, she never told anyone of course.
She followed his eyes and saw the old witch. Devon could smell it and was about to puke. Yuck! She pulled Marvolo with her inside a pub where the smell wasn't. Devon sat down on a chair, waiting for Marvolo to do the same.

Marvolo took a long draw on his cigarette and looked at the young woman there had addressed him. Little miss Devon Weasley, sexy and an ex-slytherin but not and EX-lover. Marvolo smiled when he recognised her. Strange she wasn't an ex-lover. She was so sexy. He had totally forgotten all about her after he graduated from Hogwarts. He had other things in mind and when he didn't meet people why should he remember them? "Miss Weasley!" he said surprised to see her here. He didn't normally meet old Hogwarts mates here in Knockturn Alley.
Marvolo follewed Devon into the pub and sat down on a chair. He had been here many times before sometimes to have a business meeting but other times to get drunk. This place was perfect because there was no muggleborns to ruin the pleasure of drinking and you were allowed to say what ever you wanted. No pease-loving, we-are-all-equal. "So little miss Devon Weasley" he said and studied her. Very sexy he thought again. "What do you like to drink?" Marvolo leant back in the chair without taking his eyes from her.

Weasley... Devon had always hated the name. It sounded to her like her third cousin, Ronald Weasley. He and his family had ended up in Gryffindor. Terrible, so most times she didn't adress herself as a Weasley, but simply as Devon. She smiled at him, glad to get away from that horrible smell.
Devon took off her jacket and showed her outfit for the night. It looked wonderful on her. She smiled at Marvolo as he asked her what she would like to drink and she looked at the menu card for a moment. Then she said: "I would love some firewhiskey." She smiled at him and blew him a airkiss. She looked him in the eyes the whole time

Marvolo raised his eyebrows when she took off her jacket. What a gorgeous body and how nice she had chosen not to wear anything but a miniskirt. It was pleasure for him to look at her and he really liked what he saw. “Fire whiskey” he said “If the lady wants fire whiskey she should have fire whiskey” Marvolo got up from the chair in one sliding movement. It looked like he was lucky tonight he thought and smirked. It would be the perfect end of a perfect day. Marvolo went up, ordered two fire whiskeys and went back. “Drink” he said or actually he was more ordering her to drink. He would never say it nice and politely. Marvolo expected to be obeyed just like his parents expected him to obey them. Women were made to order the men.
Marvolo took a sip and felt how the whiskey warmed him. While he was drinking he looked at Devon, still studying her. He didn’t want to know what she was doing here in the Knockturn Alley, dressed up to party just like he expected her not to ask what he was doing here. “Why didn’t you wear clothes like that on Hogwarts? You would really have made my day” Marvolo asked her and leant forward and rested his head against his hand. “It makes you look very hot” Was it inappropriate flirting with a girl you haven’t seen in two years? It was like meeting a stranger and started flirting with the person. Marvolo didn’t think it was inappropriate. He didn’t care with it was. To him it was a game and he wouldn’t lose by not flirting when she was. She was so trying to make a pass at him and he would be a complete idiot saying “You know let’s just talk”
